FIT Is thrilled to have partnered with Orthopedic Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer Sal Penta
Sal graduated from Quinnipiac University with a BS and MS in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and has 30 years experience as a Physical Therapist. Sal is currently coaching soccer at the Connecticut Football Club, working with the U16 girls. He has a “D” License from the United States Soccer Federation, a Youth National License from US Youth Soccer, and a Soccer Sports Performance Diploma from United States Soccer Coaches Association. He combines his knowledge of physical therapy, personal training, and coaching to create effective programs for all athletes consisting of sports specific strength training, agility/balance/speed activities, injury prevention, and proper movement. Sal specializes in high performance sports specific training, ACL prevention programming, and Soccer specific foot/agility work.
